Minnesota Puzzle Quest 7 : Muggle Quest
**There is still room if you want to play or need a team. Contact us if you can, but show up and we'll try to find a spot for you.**

MN0PQ is an outdoor puzzle-solving race. The solution to each puzzle will point to the next puzzle's location. The team that finishes the fastest (and takes the fewest hints) wins, but everyone will have fun. Teams should have four players and will want to bring pencils, paper, clipboards, scissors, tape and BRAINS!

To register: email mnzeropq@gmail.com with your team name, members and contact phone number. If you want to play but don't have a team, let us know and we'll find you one.

---

The starting location for MN0PQ7 is the large auditorium on the first floor of Nicholson Hall on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota. NICHOLSON HALL MAP There will be signs once you arrive to direct you to the starting location. This building is accessible by many bus lines. BUS LINES

Puzzling will start promptly at noon, Saturday 10/24/09, and should run until 6pm. We expect things to take some time after 6 as we tally points and determine our winner. As we have 18 of our 20 teams already registered, showing up early is very important. You can (and should) arrive as early as 11:30am to check in and prepare. We are encouraging any teams who attempt to register after we have reached our limit to arrive early anyway. Any pre-registered team who has not checked in by noon may lose their spot to another team who is already there and waiting. Anyone who doesn't have a team or has not yet registered should contact mnzeropq@gmail.com as soon as possible to secure your spot. We will attempt to put singletons and partial teams together where possible.

There is a suggested donation of $10 per team, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. There will be opportunities to purchase food along the way, but plan to bring anything you'd need to keep puzzling for six hours.

Don't forget your Pencils, Paper, Clipboards, Scissors, Scotch Tape, and Cell Phone. We have created a new Google Voice phone number to reach all the members of Control during the Puzzle Quest, which is 612-234-CTRL (612-234-2875). If you become lost or have not found the final location by 5 PM, we encourage you to contact us at this number for further instructions.

Be prepared for the weather and be prepared to walk outside, though you will have the opportunity to solve each puzzle in an indoor location.

Accessability and Mugglequest: if you are alternatively abled and want to play, please register through the email address listed above, and give us a clear description of your disability or physical limits so we will have enough time to design puzzle modifications so you can have a fair and equivalent chance to participate and win.
