Okay look. It's embarrassing but true: I have a lot of confidence putting together the other events (like our Room Party at Anime Detour, or Journey to the End of the Night). But I'm having some back problems, coupled with crippling self doubt. The back problems have distracted me in planning this event for winter 2010 and the self doubt has to do with putting together a good set of rules and making it fun. It's coming. After all these delays you're probably thinking it better be damn great. I don't know, maybe it will be. We won't do it if it isn't fun, that's for sure. Soon we'll bake the rules and make it happen.

• Film camera teams would have to do their own processing or pay for their own 1-hour processing.
